The anti-bacterial surface on this blue chopping board from Hygiplas makes it incredibly effective at reducing the risk of cross contamination. The special chopping surface is designed to stop the growth of harmful bacteria before it can pose a threat to customers. Made from low density polyethylene, the 45cm x 30cm board should be used with raw fish as part of a colour-coded chopping board set.
Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
