A favourite amongst many, this wine is fermented as whole berries only for around 8-10 days & pumped over gently. The ferment is then pressed off while it still retains sweetness in the juice
& the tannins are low. The result is a fruit forward wine with purity, shine & beaming with dark berries & wild forest fruits.
