Like all of their ales, they add a small amount of live yeast to this Mild Ale just before packaging. It’s a process called natural conditioning, causing a secondary fermentation in the bottle, can or keg which carbonates the beer and eliminates the need for any preservatives or additives.
Don’t let its name fool you — this Mild Ale’s a mid-strength that’s still packed full of flavour. Its smooth malt character is balanced by double hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops.
